Congratulations to the all involved with the National Tour of Little Shop on the rave reviews from the LA Times, Variety and CBS Radio. I was there and totally agree with the critics!!!! It was a pleasure to see the audience scream and cheer as the curtain calls took place.

I suggest to anybody to go see it. My fiancee and I went to see it last Sunday, which coincidentally was Opening Night [Matinee really]. We stood in a rush line for cancellation tickets and we got fourth row orchestra for free, that was a highlight of my evening [Im cheap].
Anyways, the whole cast was amazing. The urchins stole the show. Tari Kelly has a great set of pipes and is the quintessential Audrey. But my highlight was Rapp.
Anthony Rapp was born for the part of Seymour. He was incredible vocally and acting wise. The best number of the evening was Suddenly Seymour after which I made a fool of myself by giving a sole standing ovation, well it was me and some other guy so I wasn't a complete loser. We were a pair.
Met Anthony after the show, and he is the NICEST guy in the world (second to Adam). The one thing that got me was that he is VERY shy. I was talking his ear off and sort of freaking him out. I'm sure my fiancee will probably find this post later and make fun of me about it, but to sum up he is a very nice guy.
I realize that this thread wasn't really an Anthony thread, but I can't express how wonderful he is and how great the show is. See this show! It's awesome.
I agree with Jesus
The show was absolutely amazing, and everyone was perfect, besides the tiny 'technical difficulties' with the dentist's office, it was flawless. I completely admire all of the urchins for their energy and all of the dancing they had to do!
...and Ken, honey, you should tell the whole story if your going to tell it at all. He showed Anthony a picture of Adam and said "We brought a friend of yours" to which Anthony gave us the weirdest look and said "Oh.. thanks" and forced a smile.
"I agree with Jesus."
Jesus, are cancellation tickets free? How did you get them for free?

I posted that like ten minutes ago. You should be asleep, you work tomorrow!
LOL, but yes, I brought a picture of me and Adam to the show and showed it to Anthony and he feigned laughter. And to "complete" the story the three of us [Galindafied, Anthony and I] took a picture together and I said it would be the prettiest picture ever and he sorta rolled his eyes.
Anyway, no thread jacking. Go see Little Shop!
Millie, I'll answer for him because he's too lazy to come back and check once in awhile
Our tickets were free but I'm not sure if they are free every night. Try to call the theatre. If you need more help feel free to PM me
Hah,
I vote you 2 the cutest couple on the board...I especially enjoy the matching icons.
It gives the straight theatre guys hope that they can find their hot, theatre-loving girls out there somewhere.

I also encourage everyone to check out the tour. I saw it twice while it was in Dallas, and it's wonderful. Can't wait for it to make it's way back through TX in Jan...

ur fiance? ha! yeah right! i was there for rush tickets to with my two other friends. and amdaisgodiam jesus is LYING!.. and thats not them in the picture.. ones sixteen and ones 15.. ugh that makes me sick. chris or something.. and something else. u totally skipped the line on the rush tickets.. which really wasnt fair. and u kept on yelling about ur adam picture and lying to us everysecond.. its sorda sad how u make up these lies on broadway world.com.. hahahah its sad. it was nice meeting u guys but. gimme a break. o and i want the wicked bootleg! and do u really work at disney land or were u lyring again?
also. i do agree about the show.
anthony rapp is my favorite. hes amazing. he could sing, act and dance the part to death. (i mean there wasnt any dancing really but he danced up a dork?!)
tari kelly was great.. except i dont know. it seemed like she rushed some of the parts where she could've gotten a great laugh.
the doo wop girls blew everyone out of the water. and showed that there were no small parts just lots of small actors. the over eccentric moves exaggerated the feel of the show which brought people to there feet. it was great.
the dentist had his moments. off key a bit durring dentist. but thats an odd song, and can definatly be over done, and sorda talked most of the time. he pulled it off though. and those costumes.
i was definatly impressed by the show. not by the people who showed up though. please. jesus and glindafied. uhm. stop lying. its stupid. but funny,

i saw Little Shop on, i think Wednesday, and i agree the show was amazing. The Urchins are definitely worth the show, the staging is incredible and the comedic timing of all eight leads is amazing.
AnthonyHero, i don't know who you met or the stories you're telling to try to get other people in trouble, but saying that somebody owes you a bootleg is very inappropriate because, last time i checked, their pretty illegal. You really shouldnt talk about it on here. I also think it's pretty inappropriate of you to point guilt at somebody for "cutting line", something else that's very wrong, when you obviously don't even know who you're trying to talk about. I'm sure there were lots of people there that day. As for Jesus and Galindafied, congrats to you two. Dont let some stupid kid's post ruin anything.

The LA Times and Variety and the Dallas major newspaper raved about Little Shop. The critic from the LA Daily News compared it to the off-Bway production which is totally ridiculous. I saw both versions and to compare them is off the mark...2 different shows! This production of LSOH is simply great!
