Anyone been watching the The Real Housewives of New York City reunion? (Guilty pleasure) - Andy said that they were filming from the Horseshoe Club - or something - which I think is the Queen of the Night club? But they keep showing the outside of the Lyric, and it looks like they're in a legit theater.

I noticed this last week - it's my not so guilty pleasure! - and I cracked me up. From what I've heard, Bravo paid to shoot just those exterior shots late one night. That some Real Housewives $$ right there!
I thought Queen of the Night closed ages ago, is the Paramount not using that space at all anymore?

But if you look at the wide shots, it looks like there is a mezz overhang, no? So is the Diamond Horseshoe a legit theater? And why not just show shots of The Paramount? It's pretty.
