It's most likely coming in 2011-2012, pending on the 2011 West End production, which is the English premiere!
They are doing auditions right now, and the main actress they are looking for to be "I"/("Ich" in German, as the unnamed narrator) is Sierra Boggess, which I think will determine when it opens there as she is contracted with Love Never Dies!
They have launched a website, featuring a song from the demo (sung by Pia Douwes) "She's Invincible."

Posted: 12/18/10 at 6:36pmThe London production is due to start previews in late April and opening in May, so depends how it does. I'm not too convinced it will do well in the West End though, there is a lot opening next year and I just can't see it finding an audience in the current West End climate. But we shall see.

Posted: 12/18/10 at 6:42pmI posted in the other thread that a friend of mine saw the Vienna prodoction and raved about it. He brought a program back for me with full color pictures and I hope they don't change the sets and effects. He said the fire was stunning and it looks it from the pictures.

It's supposed to have the same creative team, along with Christopher Hampton (as translation and additional lyrics) and additional directing by Michael Blakemore (Francesa Zambello is the main director).
It was so stunning on stage, the projections by Sven Ortel (who did ...Verge, The Little Mermaid, and WONDERLAND) used them so perfectly into the set... It looked incredible and one of my favourite sets of all time.
Here's the "fire scene": (The set revolves around and the whole set engulfs in flames, as well as the projection scrim in front of it adds to the flames!)

Here's some more stunning photographs from the Vienna production:

(The opening scene, if I'm not mistaken)

(Act I Finale)

The Finale - The projection scrim is in front of the ensemble, and the "waves" roll over to get rid of the house silhoutte and it fades to black with just "i," then it rises and there's a scene like this as the final notes and it fades to permanent black:
