In Canada, they have the The Stratford Festival, The Shaw Festival, The Drayton Festival which each have at least a dozen plays/musicals that run for 7 or 8 months each year. Are there any similar "summer" rep theaters in the US that run multiple shows at once?
I know there is a small one at Hope College in Michigan, it has 2 theaters with about 6 shows per season...

One of my favorites -- the misnamed Oregon Shakespeare Festival -- 11 or more plays playing in repertory on three stages over a period of 10 months or so.
