I'm so excited about this!
Depending on when the tour hits your city: Don't be too excited.
Neither of them is contracted for the entire tour. While they certainly (should) would have the opportunity to extend, I wouldn't count on it.
Last I heard, Kyle's contract is longer than Blake's, but that was before anything was signed and I do not know what the final result was.
Is this means that they are closing the Broadway run?

I would see them in Boston, when the tour is coming at the end of April. If I don't see them, eh, I'll try to catch the show in NYC this summer.
Why would a tour mean the b'way run is closing? No, there is not a closing date for SA on B'way.
Replacements are already in rehearsal, but they have not officially been announced.
They are and have been hiring replacements for the last of the original cast members that are leaving mid-July. (Except for Gerard Canonico.)
To the Boston poster: unless there are major changes, don't expect either of the to make it to Beantown.

Some awkward pictures.
Dramamama, where is your source? The tour hasn't even opened yet, so who's to say what will happen. Maybe they won't make it to Boston, so what? The point of this thread was to mention they'd be involved with the tour.
How are the 2 in compairison to the original cast? I have my tickets for opening night in S.D!
antiandrewx: Those are some horrible photos!
I think Blake and Kyle and Alex are better than Groff Johnny and lea
Blake is an amazing, amazing Moritz. He's grown so much in the role, and is really giving a wonderful performance.
That said, I think Johnny was just stronger in the role. Both vocally and acting wise.
I haven't seen Kyle yet.
steven22, I agree!
I actually laughed out loud of this embarrassing photos.
Poor Blake.
So, when does Kyle and Blake's tour contract end? I was also hoping to see them in Boston, guess not though.
Woooo! I didn't really think that Blake would be inclined to doing a tour since he's such a huge gigantic supastar and all, but I was still hoping all along that he would. :)
They don't come often, but on days like this I'm so glad I'm a San Franciscan.
anyone know the rush policy for the Curran?
The Curran itself doesn't have a set rush policy-- the show itself will determine it. Hopefully it makes sense, although I foresee all sorts of rush line craziness no matter what.

"Some awkward pictures."
Blake's picture looks like a community theater version of his character and Kyle's picture looks like a Forbidden Broadway parody.
Looks like the love story is actually between Melchior and Moritz.

anyone know if this is coming to Dallas? lol I want to see it now...
Best pictures ever.
Oh God, rush is going to be insane at the Curran, I can already see it now.
I am so excited for them both! Can't wait to see them on tour.
