When an original cast member leaves it's never the same. Unfortunately the replacements don't get to rehearse with the cast (until their put in) and develop their characters like the original cast members do. That sense of discovery and camaraderie is missing. It takes a while to get comfortable and fit in with the new surroundings. I'm sure they will be wonderful in due time.
