Have they announced a Che for Evita? Perhaps a role for Nicholas Christopher?

I was surprised to see that the national tour of MJ the musical closed yesterday. I don't remember seeing a notice posted.

Nice to see Broadway veterans being cast.  I haven't heard anything about Nik Walker's performance yet.

I saw Marcus John's first performance as a Hamilton understudy with the tour in 2022 or 23.  He was very good.  I'm just sorry that Edred Utomi wasn't given a longer stint on Broadway.  Out of all of the Hamilton's I've seen since the show first opened, Edred is my favorite.  I saw him for the first time in DC in 2018.

I'm surprised by Pinkham's nomination. His performance annoyed the hell out of me.

The strange thing is, I didn't hear anything about her performance per se. Also never heard what happened about the performance she missed Act One of. 

I really enjoyed the tour when I saw it last year in DC. Thinking of seeing it again in Baltimore.

Personally I liked its placement better in the first act (OBC).  It's very anti-climatic in its present form.  I've never liked Svetlana singing it.  I forgot that it was in act 2 of the 1990 1st national tour (which is probably my favorite production out of all the iterations of Chess that I've seen).

This recording is so vibrant!  In comparison, the Ragtime recording is kind of muted (IMO).  Don't know how else to explain it.

He was Anatoly in the 1990 Chess tour.  I saw him at the Bushnell in Hartford. Carolee Carmello was Florence in that production.

I was over this show when they didn't bump Donna Vivino up to full-time Jersey.
