Richards to bring SITP MERCHANT to Broadway this fall?

Dan Sullivan's Shakespeare in the Park production of THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, with Al Pacino as Shylock (and a cast that also includes Lily Rabe, Jesse L. Martin and Jesse Tyler Ferguson) is on the hunt for a Broadway theater, courtesy of Jeffrey Richards and Jerry Frankel.

The production begins June 9 at the Delacorte.

If this is true, I think its smart. I know of visiters from the West Coast visiting this summer just to see this production. As well as friends from Germany who are coming to just see it.
