Before that is an issue, it needs a lot fewer votes, let's say at least 15-20, on the nominating committee. And I can count the votes it might get there without taking off my shoes.

Of course it does. Comet and Come from Away have the same chance: 0%.

I remember about two months ago when people were saying the same thing to me about Moonlight winning the Oscar. :)
