Robert Westenberg and Kim Crosby

I just found out that Robert Westenberg and Kim Crosby have moved their family to Kim's hometown of Springfield, MO. He's teaching there and she's doing the wife and mother thing, with an occasional concert. They've decided that they just don't want to do the Broadway scene anymore. Too bad for all of us who loved to see and hear them. I hope they'll be very happy with their decision. They deserve to be.

But let's look on the bright side; think of all the shows they can do in summer stock! Probably a wider choice than they'd be offered in NY.

Robert was here for the '98-'99 season of the Denver Center Theatre Company. I have met him.

woah wait a minute....i missed something....RobertWestenberg and Kim Crosby are married? As in Cinderella and Cinderella's (i guess real life) Prince in the Orrriginal Into THe Woods? wow... weird...

Yeah, they've been married a long time--isn't that cute? Anyway, I'm glad that they can be a family together. I remember reading an interview with Westenberg while he was on tour with "The Full Monty" and he was very homesick. I guess this is a good solution for them.
