I tried the lotto for this with 2 friends tonight and I won, but the lotto on weekends is quite hard to win, there was a crowd of about 100 people at least. As someone mentioned on BWW the lotto tix are located in the mezzanine now.
Mitch Jarvis and Lauren Molina were out.

Some comments about the cast:

Constantine: He is absolutely brilliant and sounded terrific. Top notch performer.
Emily Padgett: I feel bad to say this, but she is a good u/s, but as the main Sherrie, something is missing. I enjoyed Kerry Butler's Sherrie a lot more and Amy's on the recording. She can sing and all, but her voice is quite generic, she doesn't stand out. And when either Constantine, Maisey or James sing along with her, her voice can barely be heard. She is not the powerhouse that Kerry was, nor the stage presence.
James Carpinello: He is the real deal, what a performer! His voice sounded better than ever. He is really perfect for his role, glad he is still in the show.
Adam Danheisser and Michelle Mais: Always great.
Paul Schoeffler: He is terrific, I just hate his role and the songs he sings. LOL.
Derek St. Pierre: I never enjoyed the role of Franz much, but this kid is a talent. The best Franz by far. If you are a fan of the show, re-visit the show just to see this guy, he's terrific.
Katherine Tokarz as Regina: She was great, her voice also wasn't as powerful as other performers but she did great and her acting was excellent.
Michael Minarik as Loni/Narrator: Well, being a swing is a tough job and he is very talented and all, but he is no Mitch. He wasn't half as good as Mr. Jarvis.

What I hate most is people who say "Well, it's KERRY BUTLER and AMY SPANGER! They're broadway DIVAS and are well known so obviously they are the BEST Shirries".

No.

They are the worst Sherries. Savannah Wise, Erika Hunter, and ESPECIALLY Emily Padgett run massive circles around them. But, they started as understudies, and because of that people just write them off. It's bull****.

I haven't seen Erika or Savannah, but Emily is no Kerry. Broadway DIVA or not, I feel like she lacks something.

no offense to you Muscle, but why does ROCK OF AGES have to be reviewed? there was another review up here a few days ago.. it's nothing new

it really is a fun show, but what more can be said about it that people need to post reviews of it.

Well, I have never seen Derek and I have never seen any other performers playing Regina and Loni, so I decided to post something, mostly for the fans of the show.

I ended up being the last one to win the lotto for todays matinee show. I enjoyed it immensely, the show is a total blast.
