What is your favorite supporting role that you have played? Marty in Grease
What is your least favorite supporting role that you have played? Agatha in Guys and Dolls

Who role are you playing now(if any)? At the moment Agatha in Guys and Dolls but thee's a strong chance I'm being moved up to General Cartwright
What one role would you play at the drop of a dime? Ellen in Miss Saigon,
Megan Mullally as Karen Walker on Will and Grace: "Tell me more. Tell me more. Like does he have a car?"

Posted: 3/27/06 at 12:05pmMy fovorite role was Lou Martin in "Up The Down Staircase". I also played Dr. Josiah Bartlett in "1776". Had the lead in a Theatre School Musical written by the students around the Beatles' "Magical Mystery Tour" in 1979. Now that I think about it, I could possibly have been in one of the 1st Jukebox musicals!!!

What is your favorite leading role that you have played?
"Charlie Brown" in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown or "Eugene" in Brighton Beach Memoirs.
What is your least favorite leading role that you have played?
"Sheridan Whiteside" in The Man Who Came to Dinner. The production overall was not a good experience and the role took a lot out of me every night.
What is your favorite supporting role that you have played? The "Beast Double" in Beauty and the Beast was a neat experience, because I got to put on the full prosthetic beast makeup and beast costume and fight Gaston on the tower. I didn't get to do some of the big numbers like 'Be Our Guest' and 'Human Again' since the makeup took an hour and a half to apply, but it was worth it! (My avatar is a photo of me in the makeup)
What is your least favorite supporting role that you have played?
"Young Collector" in A Streetcar Named Desire. I had one big scene and then had to sit around for the rest of the three hour show. (Although it did afford me the opportunity to learn euchere. 
)

Nope, but I would play some of them again in a heartbeat.

"Matt" in The Fantasticks

"Emcee" in Cabaret, "Sweeney Todd", "Jekyll/Hyde" in Jekyll & Hyde, "Jamie" in The Last Five Years, "Tony" in West Side Story, "Leo Frank" in Parade, "Bobby Strong" in Urinetown... oy, I could go on for days.

What is your least favorite leading role that you have played? Wadsworth in our staged version of CLUE
What is your favorite supporting role that you have played? Annie in Chicago or Miss Simpson in Tons of Money
What is your least favorite supporting role that you have played? Nickie in Sweet Charity (the role its self was fun, but my costume sucked and looked terrible on me)

What one role would you play at the drop of a dime? Penny in Hairspray (really. I'd do that role for free if I didn't have to pay rent and eat) or Megan in But I'm a Cheerleader (if that show finally gets a Broadway run I'll be first in line to audition). Those are my two big ones, but I'd also love to play Belle (BatB), Christine Colgate (DRS), Truly Scrumptious (I'm probably to young for that one, but I loved that show to bits), and half a million others. I'd just love a job right now lol

What is your favorite leading role that you have played? Rose in "Gypsy" was AMAZING!!! Such a great script! Also "Mame" in "Mame" allowed me to show off more comedic skills.
What is your least favorite leading role that you have played? Sandy in "Grease"- what a nightmare! Also, Mother Abbess in "The Sound of Music" was incredibly boring. . .
What is your favorite supporting role that you have played? Chris in "Rumors" if you would call it supporting I guess, it's a tough call . . .Grace in "Annie" was small, supporting, but great because my 'Annie' was wonderful and I love her to death!
What is your least favorite supporting role that you have played? Mrs. Jones in "How to succeed . . ." was uneventful except for the solo at the end which made it worth it.
Have you played a role more than once? No, but I've done 'Joseph' and 'Grease' twice in different roles .(went from chorus to Mrs. Potiphar and Sandy the second time around for each) . . almost played 'Dolly' in "Hello, Dolly" again but couldn't commit to the project for schedualing reasons
Who role are you playing now(if any)? Doing a new adaptation of The Theban Cycles (Oedipus Rex to Antigone) where I'm playing the Chorus Leader . . . so different, but soooo interesting and challenging!
What one role would you play at the drop of a dime? There are just SOOOOO MANY!!!! I guess off the top of my head I would say Cathy in The Last Five Years (crossing my fingers) Tracey in Hairspray, The Witch/Baker's Wife in Into The Woods, Maria in West Side Story, Elphaba/Glinda in Wicked, Maureen in Rent . . . all of course if ethnicity was never an issue

What is your least favorite leading role that you have played?: The trees in Wizard of Oz
What is your favorite supporting role that you have played?: Chorus in Anything Goes (I know chorus but it was sweet)
Have you played a role more than once?: Nope
Who role are you playing now(if any)?: Doubling character in Romulus the Great by playing Zeno and Theodoric (and yes all the characters are men but the girls are sweet and can pull it off)
What one role would you play at the drop of a dime?: Christine from Phantom of the Opera

Hmm...I don't really know if this counts as a lead, but Lady Larken in Once Upon a Mattress.

Kim in Bye Bye Birdie (once again I don't know if that counts as a LEAD) the show was HORRIBLE, and everyone hated me for getting that part. everything was just bad

hmm...thats too hard...probably either Erzulie in Once on This Island, Mrs. Gibbs in Our Town, or Mayzie in Seussical...they were all soo much fun

What is your favorite leading role that you have played?
I don't know if she can really be considered a lead because it is such an ensemble show, but Sarah in "Quilters", her character journey was a joy to experience every night.
What is your least favorite leading role that you have played?
She is also probably a supporting, but I don't have a leading role that I've ever hated (and I have several supportings that I have), so I am going to say Lady Larken in "Once Upon a Mattress". I am just not an ingenue and her songs make me vomit.
What is your favorite supporting role that you have played?
The Duchess in a production of "Alice in Wonderland", she was just such a freaking wackjob.
What is your least favorite supporting role that you have played?
General Cartwright in "Guys & Dolls", that role was the biggest snoozefest. Plus, I was all of 15 and just wasn't really capable of embracing the character.
Have you played a role more than once?
Not really. I've done a number of shows multiple times (Wizard of Oz - 5 times) but always been lucky enough to be cast in different roles. I have been a wife in "Joseph" twice, but I at least was singing a different vocal line both times.
Who role are you playing now(if any)?
Zebulun's Wife in "Joseph". Whoopdidoo.
What one role would you play at the drop of a dime?
Mrs. Lovett, Cathy in TL5Y, The Witch in ITW,
