So, I guess the answer to the original question would be any role in SOPHISTICATED LADIES.

YUP! Or the Lena Horne one-woman show or AIN'T MISBEHAVIN'.
Oops. Speaking of this, my morning coffee is kicking in. Gotta go!
To answer this question, in the Andrew Lippa version of The Wild Party, Kate sat on a toilet, pretending to relieve herself. Also, the Broadway play Piaf features such a scene. Certainly highlights of my theatregoing experience. And though I did not see it, Bring Back Birdie's first preview featured an Act One curtain dropper with Albert Peterson Jr., and the members of his punk rock band Filth sitting on toilets, chanting "We are Filth!" with syncronized flushing sound effects.

Not to mention the huge latex tongue that protruded from a cube and bobbed up and down lasciviously. Truly, the worst show I EVER saw.
Come to think of it, I always need a roll if I am sitting on the toilet taking a dump! And "What a dump!" it is.
Okey-dokey this thread has voided enough roughage.

saw original Piaf in london and Zoe Wanamaker "mimes" pooping on an imaginary terlette then has to ask Edie for paper. Charming.
In the Full Monty, a girl peed standing up. I just thought I'd mention that cause that blew my mind. (yes, I'm perveted. What are you gonna do about it?)
Elphaba in the Act One finale. Or do they just make those faces for fun?

Okay, ow. Laughing this hard after a meal just isn't a good idea.
For some reason, this seems approrpriate to post on this thread:

There was a German play off-Broadway around 1980 or 81, REQUEST CONCERT, which is basically the events leading up to a suicide. One of the stage directions is that the leading lady uses the toilet.
