If her experiences while working with "The View" is any indication, then many would like Rosie to stay far, far away from Broadway. Although she does a lot for charity...especially theatre education for children, I get the sense that her experiences with adults are more problematic. Rosie seems to want to be top dog anywhere and everywhere. She needs to stay the heck away from musicals. I don't think my ears could stand the torture.
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)
