1) Yes, the R Family vacation cruise. All you need to do is combine a gay cruise with Broadway entertainment and I'm there.
2) No, the children haven't been learning how to make cocktails or clean up the cabins, but we've been keeping the cruise staff busy with both of those chores.
3) Yes, Gavin has been seen poolside for most of the cruise, tanning everything but his buns.
4) No, I haven't seen Kevin Cahoon on the cruise, but there have been times I wouldn't have minded having a childcatcher around.
Tonight's entertainment: a preview screening of the documentary shot on the cruise last year (with a production number by Rosie and the staff), a screening of Laugh Whore with a Q&A with Mario Cantone, a performance by Orfeh, and a late-night R-rated performance by Kinsey Sicks entitled "I Want To Be A Republican".
Tomorrow is the Broadway belters concert, with Orfeh, Liz Callaway, Liz McCartney, Gavin Creel, Darius DeHaas, Paul Castree and more.
John Tartaglia performed his AD-LIBerty show for a full house last night, and Rosie gave away a Volvo to a lucky audience member. Liz Callaway's show last night was fantastic. She performed a show of 60's music, and due to a medical emergency blocking the exits, Rosie asked her to stretch, and we were treated to an impromptu Meadowlark, with Seth Rudetsky valiantly filling in on piano.
So much fun!
