Please, emmy rossum as glinda? she wasn't strong in phantom, so what makes people think she would sound good in this?

I think that in order to make a film version of the musical, they need to wait a few years, i mean who would wanna see the broadway when you can get it for eight bucks, but the book would be cool. I would rather see the broadway, but i feel that if they make a movie, then the stage show will die fast!
