How does Roundabout work it's past dating?
I had tickets for people in the picture tonight that I was unable to use.
Past dating worries me because I've had tickets for Memphis for a missed performance for about a year and every time I've attempted to use them, the box office has told me no past dating for that performance.
I would think Roundabout may be more helpful since they are a subscription based house.
How does it work with roundabout? Would I have a problem past dating them for a weekend matinee or a saturday night?
Thanks
They wouldn't exchange my ticket for "The Picture of the Burning Boy". My friend, who is a concierge, talked me into seeing "Priscilla" the night I was supposed to see it and he told me that theaters will usually do an exchange. They wouldn't do it for him as he tried for me.
Odd. Roundabouts past dating policy is you call the morning of the day you want to attend and show up an hour before the show to get a number. Then right before the show you line up and are given whatever seats are empty. I've never had a problem doing it with any of their shows.
Well they wouldn't do it with "...Burning Boy". We tried.
It might have just been that day. You should try again!
It was 3 weeks ago. I hated that I paid the 20 bucks and didn't use the ticket but I just let it go. I still want to see it. Maybe i will take the online confirmation with me for the heck of it if I go. The ticket was at will call.
Oh then all you need to do is call. They have the info in their computer. Same thing happened to me a few months ago
