In light of the Whoopi incident, what would you put in a gift basket to rude theatergoers and why?

P.S. You can make up your own devices too.

What WHOOPI incident?

And if she'll say, "My darling, I'm yours!" I'll throw away my striped tie and my best pressed tweed, all I really need is the girl...

How about a nice bottle of perfume? Say, Eau de Anthrax.

a nice little stink bomb so that the smell gets all over them and lasts for a week or so! Skunk seems like a nice smell!

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!

"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being." --Phylicia Rashad

Gypsy, I like your style.

I swear that I heard about a law in New York where you get fined for having your cell phone go off during a performance. But then again I live in Seattle, so what do I know.

How about a pair of tickets, to top it off, to see Dracula in February?

Hint: It will be closed, so they can play with their cell phones all they want in the empty theater.

I think this is true too, but I dont think its really being enforced.

I like the idea of handcuffs, a gag and a cell phone jammer. Id probably handcuff em down put their cellphone and candy just slightly out of their reach as well.

What to give them in a gift basket? They don't deserve any gift basket at all!

Oh, Geek, of course they deserve a gift basket.

Especially when its filled with such well-deserved things as exploding cell phones (for the person who answered his cell and had a long convo during Phantom), fake alcohol that they think will get them drunk but will really make them absolutely silent (for the people who got drunk during Wicked, handcuffs so they can't steal my souvenir playbill for their loud and obnoxious seven year-old (for the people behind me during Aida), ducktape to cover their mouths so they can't speak, tickets to really bad shows performed in hell...

Oh, wait. Actually, Geek, you may be right. All that stuff is too good for them, isn't it?

But now we have come almost to the end. One last step. And then, when I take power, they will be pulled down and ground into dirt for what they did to you. And what they did in so contemptuously underestimating me.

lol, yeah. It might be. You might not want togive them tickets, even to such hellish shows as the aforementioned ones, because really, some people DO go there on their own accord. We might just pick something they like. After all, after what they've already donw, they must be crazy.

We can't all come and go by bubble...
