Hey y'all, need a little advice here for my open night in NYC.
Have an open slot and looking to fill it in with a rush ticket to either Waitress or Michael Moore: The Terms of my Surrender.
Thoughts:
Waitress: Seen it before but would love to see it again and this is the first week they're offering rush tickets. Two of my 3 biggest Broadway crushes (Betsy Wolfe & Caitlin Houlahan) are in the show right now and one of them I've seen already (Caitlin) didn't stage door last time when she usually does. Oh well no big deal BUT would love to meet her and Betsy this time. Also, it's not scheduled to tour in Texas where I live for the next couple years but will come eventually I'd imagine (with a diff cast)
Michael Moore:
I'll be with my mom on this trip and this is the show she prefers of the two. The show would be up my political alley and I'm sure a unique experience I likely wouldn't get to experience on Broadway again or on tour. Also, I've read on here that Michael tends to have a neat special guest at random performances. I'd also imagine the rush ticket line will very likely be less busy and I've read the rush tickets for this show can actually be quite good...correct?
Thoughts y'all? Would appreciate any input.
