The guy playing Shrek is a Julliard trained actor new to the musical theater world. He is not new to Broadway, however. Amazing actor!!!

After reading the Artilce on Broadway.com, it seems dated...even though that date on the page says July 20th, 2006...there is some mentioning that DRS is still in previews...is this a really dated article? Please some one correct me...

You know, Dreamworks has made about a billion dollars worldwide on these movies. Now they want to make a Broadway musical where, if it's popular and runs a few years, will turn a profit in the low ten millions TOPS? They'd make us all miserable for what is to them a little bit of loose change?
