Not that surprising given the weird setting that is Times Scare but SILENCE will close again (forever?) on July 7th. I actually saw this for the second time a couple months ago and it still holds up from when it was at PS 122.
It was a clever show that offered a fun night at the theatre. Here's to many more productions to come!
"I never had theatre producers run after me. Some people want to make more Broadway shows out of movies. But Elliot and I aren't going to do Batman: The Musical." - Julie Taymor 1999
It's a great show that lasted far longer than I thought it would connected to a novelty bar in Times Square. I've been following the show from the start as a gag concept album online. I liked it as part of the Fringe Festival and liked it when I saw it again at the Elektra Theater when it opened there.
