"Flying Circle" is what they're calling "Dress Circle" or "Mezzanine" for this forthcoming production.
Loving that new terminology
wonder what they will call the top balcony? (walk with your own telescope circle?)

Since they are calling the Mezz the Flying Circle, Top Balcony will be called the Sky Dive Platform. LOL!
There is supposed to be acrobatics in this show maybe they fly off of or in front of the mezz.
I do believe there are platforms on the edge of the circle that the flyers land on, which would suck royally for anyone in that top balcony, it would look like they just flew under the balcony and that's it.
Id imagine that those side box seats (if they are still there) would be pretty good seats for this show
Granted I know that nobody has seen the show or knows what to expect, do you think it will better to sit in the orchestra or flying circle?
The flying circle has been recommended for this show.
And another: 69/79 for orchestra

Ya, they're basically selling the very back of the house or extreme sides (row W or side seats 22-27)
I looked at tix quickly and they were side seats but relatively close.
I found it slightly amusing that Broawdway Box lists Spider Man as a "high demand show" but now discounts are easily available. (But not there.)
The best I could do was row M, Seats 5 AND 7. Seriously, I do not have high hopes for this production. I jumped at the chance for discount seats. I refuse to pay full price or premium for a comic book show when I could get excellent seats at Cirque du Soleil for less.

If one doesn't have a piece of paper with the code on it, can one simply go to the box office and verbally give the code so as to escape those onerous charges?

Although SOME box offices require the letter/announcement, most will accept just the code.
Just print out the code to be on the safe side. Or do you not have access to a printer at all?
Each time I tried using a discount code for the 1st Preview, the best I could get was way back and extreme side (W-22 for example). Yet when I tried it again yesterday it gave me Row H, Seat 10. I don't know why that was finally offered when everything I had been shown before was so crappy, but oh well.
Why can't Ticketmaster just be Telecharge? Or let you pick your seat? Or at least make those security check words easier to decipher?
By the by, I'm glad I got my ticket yesterday. I just looked for tickets for that day and Ticketmaster says none are available. I doubt this means completely sold out, but still.
it could just mean that the DISCOUNT tix for that day are gone, too. (Unless of course you looked without the code.)
Just got 4 tickets for Nov. 17th. Row O, left orchestra for $77 each with Telecharge code PB3001. The only 'flying circle' seats available were row H (the last row in that section) and I felt that would be too far back. I hope to be pleasantly surprised with this show and you can't go wrong with those prices!

I bet this show is going to be great to be honest. I can't wait.
