Alice has no plot. No one has ever made it work.

And when you shoehorn a plot it stops being Alice and it becomes Diet Wizard of Oz or Narnia.

I’m not sure if this is a good or bad idea until I see a trailer. Got me on Marc Platt producing. As much as I love Wicked, too bad Snow White and How To Train Your Dragon turned out meh

People just like the aesthetic so much they’re convinced if they bypass that it’s steeped in Victorian era satire it can be cool.
