Sarah Brightman Needs to Stop

Old news, I know, but does it bother anyone else that during Ms. Brightman's run in POTO they recorded the vocal cadenza, put it on the Cast Recording, used it in the show, and lip-synched to it (not to mention that her entire performance was pre-recorded)on the Tony's? Couldn't they have recorded a new one after the CR came out? And why the HELL are they still letting her use the goddamn thing 25 YEARS later?! Sorry...it bothers me to no end.

It bothers me that she got the role at all... we all know why she did, and it still sucks.

And that biography was made in 2006, BEFORE her worldwide success with her "Symphony" and "Winter Symphony" albums, several more tours, and not to mention 2 film roles.

And regarding the Tony awards performance, you're saying this "Romance, Romance" performance (from the same year) by Alison Fraser and Scott Bakula wasn't lipsynched?
