Aw, someone told. I'm glad to hear you're excited though - be sure to report back and tell us what an amazing time you had!
I will - definitely. Oh, and... I apologize in advance for any future rants between now and April 23rd on any thread... Beware my adrenaline. Hopefully I can calm it down.
Saw Spamalot last week... (WOW!). Seat A101... definitely the "hot" seat
Did your mom get the seat at the box office or over the phone? I'd love to get that seat too, but I thought they weren't selling them to the general public -- I thought A101 was being held back as a house seat.

Hey everyone, so I won't be seeing Spamalot anytime soon - can someone private message me what happens regarding seat 101? Thanks.
Charlie
Over the phone. But talking to her yesterday, she stressed that the person on the other end seemed to take her very literally. "The VERY best? That won't open up till..." And wouldn't you know the date was my mom's birthday. She said, "That sounds about right" and got them.
So, either the people are informed or we're lucky... Mom's been feeding the Curry obsession, quite gladly, for years now... She rules.

wow-now I'm curious! please pm me or something! I'm not seeing it till summer, and I definately won't be sitting there as i'm going with a big group.
I am curious also, can someone PM me also with the info? Thanks
WHEE FOR YOU! I was a lucky A101 back when Spamalot was in Chicago previews, and its the most amazing experience ever. I will pass along the very good advice I got from boardies...
Dress well
Pee at intermission
and
Dont be nervous!
thanks Magic... your icon makes my stomach flip... do de do. I'm wondering how many people will get PMed before the whole board knows about this.
And for the record, my last thought before falling asleep last night was, "Oh, crap, I'd better pee at intermission..." Muahahahaha...
Hey, Magic... How did you manage that picture? Because I want to try the same.

Well, no, but if it was taken where I think it was taken, I wonder how a camera was allowed.

...Beautful. Excuse me while I spontaneously combust.
Oh darling, its taken for you. (Possibly by Christian Borle or else by some guy who looked like him? I really don't remember. All was a blur!) Hehe. Smile big. I would have been looking away had David Hyde Pierce not set me straight right in time:) Amazing.
You MUST post full details after and let us all know!:)
I know, I must... It's weird when everything comes together for you, finally. One day I must find an audience willing to listen and tell my Curry saga - it's quite the story. I wish people knew to what extent I'm hyped.
Oh honey, believe me I understand. I jumped around for the entire week between my getting the ticket and seeing the show, all psyched about Hank Azaria!~:) (He told me I rocked, so all is well in the world.) Pay close attention. Remember details. Laugh at Christopher Sieber's wig up close. Remain calm. Tim Curry's smile is gorgeous.:)

so what happens to seat 101? someone pm me
thanks,
You guys... help me be moral. Do I tell those who ask? I mean, I should, because I was told, but then I ruin it for people that are not me...
Magic - The smile is indeed one thing... Having just listened to his NPR interview, THE LAUGH is quite another. *snoopy dances in my chair* Sad as it is, I knew most of his to-be answers to the interviewer's questions before he said them. *is hardcore, oh yeah*
Hey, tons of people told me. If they want to know....:)
True. Man, my energy may not last me into April! And, you know, the show is at the end of my school vacation, so all those days are going to drag on and on and on... Not even horrid Chemistry to occupy me. I may be the first person in a while to take on a ton of extra work for the break, just to keep occupied.
Wonder if my fellow castmates for Snow White will notice an energy change in me, come our next show... Bwahahaha - who dares to bet that within fifteen minutes I won't be rambling on about this backstage?
Speaking of that, I must now away to a completely unrelated rehearsal... curses on my bww addiction!
