I knew the movie and the music. I had a great time. Very interested in your thoughts after you see the show.

I apologize in advance if this has already been posted about but per the Jujamcyn, ticket holders will need to fill out a COVID-19 survey 24 hrs prior to performance in order for your ticket to be released. Additionally, tickets purchased through Feb 28, 2022 via SeatGeek or phone can be refunded or exchanged up to 2 hrs before performance time.

The survey was just 2 lengthy paragraphs of legalese. Seat Geek, awful. Buying tkts for Hades today was a nightmare. Download yr ticket into yr phone and yr screwed if you lose it per the website. At least with a print yr ticket, the box office could look it up. Bring back TM.

Also bought for Hadestown. I hate how it didn’t say if seat was aisle or not. I had to look up the seating chart before I bought my ticket. Thankfully Hadestown is the only show that I’m interested in seeing that uses SeatGeek so for future Hadestown performances I’ll just buy at box office once it reopens. The rest of the shows I’m buying for thankfully do not use SeatGeek.

Mezz $99+, Balc $79. Didn’t check Orch."
Orch was not available for sale. Previous ticket holders likely were placed in orch if they had that, but it was not made available to anyone today or likely thru June 11.
Jujam withheld all orch seats for first public day of sales. Office told me orch wasn't available on first day back without giving a reason.
Orch seats right/left were 160 plus fees. Center orch, 249. I believe brokers bought alot because the front sides and center orch were all gone going out as far as Dec. I took it to Feb and saw orch seats for 249 - 299. Again, most of orch was gone up to row L on sides and center.
Looks like the same crap as Hamil where they buy them all up and flip them on a resale.

How did you buy the Hadestown tickets now? is there a presale code available already? I thought the sales start on June 1, or only those who held tix for cancelled performances are able to buy now?

There is an earlier presale going on now for those of us who previously had tickets for Hadestown that were canceled due to the pandemic. June 1st is the date of earliest regular presale.

Dollypop, yes Seat Geek was very easy for me as well. I have a ticket for their first performance on Friday, Sept 24th. Will be my 3rd time seeing it. It's just so much fun. First time was August 2019 shorty after it opened. Then again in late January 2020.
I was a little concerned as when I was purchasing the ticket, it said "mobile event only must bring cell phone to enter to scan ticket." I don't have a cell phone, and no theatre is going to turn away a paying customer. Was able to reach out to SG customer service, and the very nice gal I spoke to verified that I just need to show my id at the box office, along with my ticket order, and they will give me a bar coded ticket to enter the theatre. Very easy.
And, it's already tied in with Audience Rewards. Even though it doesn't show it when you place an order. The email that you use to purchase the ticket ties with with the email on file with AR. Very easy, as well.

How did you get them Dollpop? I never used my phone for tickets. I was always a BO pickup. Their legalese said if u lose it, it won't be replaced.
I couldn't find a way to reach SG customer service other than some form to fill out. All I got back was a blank response.
And I also have audience rewards and couldn't figure out how to add that. Please PM if you don't want to bore folks w/details. Thank you.

Go to Hadestown website. and enter your email. This is how I got early access. I don't know if they're still sending out early access emails. I got mine yesterday.

NOT all seats are released for pre-sale. Check back once the general on sale starts

I know not all seats are released presale, Hak5. When I wrote that comment, I failed to mention I referred to Moulin. The first day of Moulin public sale no orch was available. I contacted JuJam. The supervisor said they withheld orch, but would not say why.
I presumed it was being saved for folks much like an official opening night, guests of cast, celebrities, etc.. So today, I see again that no orch seats were available for Hades exactly at 10 am for Sept 2. Another buyer complained he was online at 10. No orch seats.
I look forward to seeing if orch pops on June 1 for Amex. SG listed Audience Rewards has having presale on June 1, but Audience Rewards said it was an error. Their presale is June 8 with a code being sent to members.

NEAL, when you say it will be your 3rd time seeing "it" are you referring to MOULIN or HADES?

I believe i read somewhere shortly after the Moulin Rouge announcement that their first perf (sept 24th) was going to honor/benefit Front Line workers, and I'm thinking that they will be given the entire orchestra.
I will GLADLY sit in the mezzanine for both MR and HT if that's the case. Im just fortunate to be in the room when it happens (pun not intended.....)

I kinda figured if they withheld orch it would be a special "opening night" with guests of cast, celebs, etc. It would've been alot easier if Jujam simply stated that it was first responder night instead of leaving people wondering.
I'd be okay with that. Maybe they wanted orch patrons to have privacy, but..come on...it would come out. So just post orch reserved and leave it at that instead of having everyone speculate why no access. Dumb PR.
Same thing w/Hades. First day no orch seats. I think most would understand and welcome first responders. Thanks for info, The8re.
