It's actually quite common for people playing opposite one another to fall in love and get married/enter a serious relationship.

I have two friends who met playing lovers opposite one another. One played Leisle/Rolf in The Sound of Music in a production I was in last May, and they are still together. Other friends met in Yeston/Kopit Phantom and are now married.

Congrats to them, but count me in as one who is totally shocked they are even together!

It does seem a little fast given how recently they were both with other people. And it is a strange coincidence that Sebastian (Fiyero) used to date Kate (Glinda) and shortly thereafter hooked up with Stephanie (Elphaba).

But, hey, you can't choose who you fall in love with and stranger things have happened. I wish them all the happiness in the world.

Yes Thanksto... it is all too common,
but how many actually last?
I mean Rolf and Liesel are Sixteen and Seventeen after all.
Has Sebastian been married before?

WOW...I've seen them together here and there...but engaged! That's wonderful. Congrats to the both of them. Hope their lives are blessed and filled with all thing that are good.

Arcelus & Block have been together for a while but have been very quiet about it --- fellow cast members know all about their romantic courtship.

They are a lovely couple.

They really do match one another. I understand that he treats her like a Queen..(no pun intended) They seem to complement each other very nicely. This one will last. I betting on it!!!

They do seem very happy and I wish them a lifetime of happiness.

I don't know much about Sebastian but he does seem to adore her, and her him. At the PQ stage door in Chicago I made a comment to him that I bet he's seen the show a million times already. And his reply was something like, "why would I want to be at home in front of the TV when I can come watch her do THAT each night"

The way he said it made me smile, too cute.

Wow I didn't realize they were together. Wasn't he with Kate...I wanna say Reinders, but it might be a different Kate? This was when I saw it in Boston last April.
