I'm going to NY (possibly) so this is what I'm seeing:
The Lion King
Promises, Promises
Lips Together, Teeth Apart
Next To Normal
What shows should I keep and throw out?

lakezurich will be played by Paul Groves in the BWW musical

September is a looong way off theatrically speaking. There are MANY spring openings coming very soon as well as the Fall '10 productions.
It's too early to make those decisions, I'd wait a little while.

Are you talking about September 2010?
So much can open and close before then. Acatually, The Lion King is the only iron-clad guaranteed one to still be running strong.
(Sorry, N2N and Promises, I love you both, but we shall see).
September is one of the slower months for tickets sales with good availability, so you can probably wait until the summer (wait until after the Tony's, at least) to see what shakes out, what closes, which new shows announce that might be in previews then.
Nine months and into next season is a long time and a world away on Broadway, especially in this economy, and there's no need to lock in from today's choices when there will be plenty of additional ones coming.
Hope this helps.

Totally agree on the Lion King, rosscoe. Though I feel the same could be said for your icon!
But yeah...it's hard to even begin to talk about September. Who knows?
