Alice Ripley's Contract
How long is her tour contract up? I want to see her in St. Louis and next year. I wanted to know if she will still be in the show.

I'm just gonna throw this out there....I can see Bernadette Peters in Morrible's make-up. I haven't heard Mandy yet, Katie was my first Glinda and I always thought she was really beautiful as Glinda. We need someone as Elphaba who doesn't riff the **** out of Defying Gravity, but someone who can sing it with power. I think for most actresses who riff the song ruin it.

What is the biggest misconception about Broadway?
Well until I was like 11 I thought Broadway was based in Chicago. All the theaters were there and it was like a world renowned place. I also thought it was in one avenue too. When I still think of Broadway as a place where you dress up to go and it's eloquent...to me it is a fine art.

Ok so I'm going to NYC in about June here are shows I'm going to see: Promises, Promises Lips Together, Teeth Apart Wicked(I know! Don't say anything. Just ignore) Next To Normal and Billy Elliot. So here's really the point of my thread. What are you going to go see the next time you either visit New York or go to the theatre?

Well just for a little bit, then we talked about the show. She told me if I ever wanted to get into theatre that I should get off my lazy butt out of these theatres and into some glasses. She was sweet!

Sat by Winnie Holzman and Stephen Schwartz at one of the first San Fransisco previews of Wicked. Sat by Megan Mullally in a show, that I forgot the name to. I talked to Winnie during the intermission, she asked me if I liked it and told me to go see Wicked in NY. I saw it the for the first time since then in May of 08. lol Megan and I talked about why I wanted Will and Grace to come to Broadway! Big Will and Grace fan!!
