something really weird just happened.
susan was talking about cabaret, then it skipped back to something they talked about like 10 minutes ago and it's playing that again.

Blah blah blah

The one good thing about it being on the radio is no one is forced to see Seth's face.

Why do people think Seth, who is a parasite, using other people's celebrity to attempt to create his own celebrity, is so wonderful? He does the whole "hide behind charity work (that furthers HIS agenda) so people cannot criticize him. Win/win. His lyrics for the Tony's sucked. Leave that to the Forbidden Broadway team.

He's famous for being gay and because someone wrote a gay slur against him in his year book. That truly sucks. But he also lied and said he wasn't gay to get a cash settelement.

He cries and whines onstage about how his feeings were hurt by people who said unkind things and then does a whole act around making fun of women whose voices he does not deem proficient enough to be "sassy".

He's been known to make nasty remarks about people at the Duplex after CHATTERBOX for being "fat" or "having Jersey hair"- my friends who dragged me to endure a Chatterbox left feeling shattered after he made remarks about them to his little coterie, thinking they couldn't hear him or were too stupid to understand his witty bon mots. I guess being Asian, I didn't register on his scale as someone important enough to notice or dis since I hadn't been in MISS SAIGON. re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: Seth's Broadway Chatterbox and BroadwayWorld.com Radio Join Forces

He wants to be liked for being gay and applauded for it and he probably feels JACK on WILL&GRACE is a role model when in reality it is the same thing as a minstrel show. It reinforces the idea gay people are acceptable if they are figures easy to deride.

As I hope I have made perfectly clear in previous posts, I have no problems with any sexuality (as long as those involved are of legal age)- I do have a problem with someone who constantly invokes the "I'm gay (or Jewish or Black or Chinese or whatever) so you HAVE to like me or you're a Homophobe" crap.

The reason I do not like him is he is condescending, nasty to people who cannot further his career and a shameless user and self-promoter and the product is his poisonous ego. He is a good pianist and should stay in the pit.

I'll have to avoid the site a few days till his face is not at the top of the page. Better than a bran muffin.

Blech!

Clearly you are upset with the man and I am not going to respond to everything you wrote because I'm headed to bed.

I will state that Seth is NOT famous for "being gay and because someone wrote a gay slur against him in his year book."

He's "famous" (and that's a relative term) because he has been active in the theater community for years.

So personal attack/agenda/opinion aside... let's not for a second believe that he's famous for his yearbook.
