Has anybody seen this show? I have read about it but can't find any pictures or a review. I saw Anika on tour in Avenue Q and I loved her!!! She is an inspiration. Does anyone know anything of this cabaret she is doing?

I saw this the other night. It's not a cabaret; it's a full-scale musical with 5-piece band and large ensemble. It's good.

Do they have unreleased tickets at the theatre at all? I was really hoping to see it, but can't seem to find tickets anywhere.

I called Jaradoa (Larsen's theater company, which is producing the show) last week to see if it was really completely sold out.

I was told that there are indeed no tickets to be had.

According to Jaradoa's facebook page there's a waiting list that you can get on.

I'm surprised this show is sold-out. I mean, I haven't heard one bit of information about it, except for the initial press release. Is the theater just not that big, or what? Maybe it will extend?

It's an intimate venue.

The show will not extend as Anika Larsen goes into AVENUE Q two days after they close.

Oh. Yeah, I tried to see "This Beautiful City" there last fall, and it was sold-out, which is surprising considering it didn't get such great reviews, but oh well. I guess I won't venture to the Vineyard.

Maybe it'll get picked up for another run down the line. Has it even officially opened yet?

Yes, it opened (there's an article about it on the BWW main page today) and it ends its run on the 28th.
