Read this right on the curbed.com blog right after reading the new Trader Joe's is going to be in Forest Hills, a five-minute walk from my apt!

I think they should have a reality show where the two of them judge up and coming Musical Theatre Composers. The winners get that apartment...because it sounds AMAZING...and thats the only chance I would ever have to live there.
