Shared an Elevator with Harold Prince

Had an experience last week I thought this board would appreciate. My family and I were visiting NYC and we decided to stop by the New York offices of Northwestern University in Rockefeller Center (I work at NU in Chicago). On the way up, who should step into our elevator but Harold Prince. We exchanged pleasantries but nothing more. He seemed very approachable and friendly and like he was open to chatting. He especially kept smiling at my two young sons. I regret now at least not acknowledging that I knew who he was and letting him know how much I admire his work. Love NYC for that reason -- you never know who you're going to end up in an elevator with!
