Aigoo, I actually never noticed that (too much in awe by her vocal power and the flying going on, lol), so i couldnt tell you if she still does it! I just went back and watched the video i have of her doing defying gravity (jan 9) and i couldnt really tell if she did or not b/c of the way she sings it, that part goes by so fast.

Actually Jacco, Idina's original understudy was Eden Espinosa. She left the show in mid 2004 to start working on another show called Brooklyn, in which she starred.

Yeah I love Shoshana. She has an awesome voice and can act really well, but if only she could be hott! Then she could be a triple threat :P

sorry radioactive, hate to disagree... but if jacco saw this u/s in october wouldn't that be shoshana? Eden was the original u/s, yes, but left late summer to start BKLYN i believe? So October would have been shoshana...

Well, I saw her at Broadway Bares, and she was HOT! A totally different look.

I LOVE SHOSHANA BEAN!!!!!!! I've seen her in Wicked twice and she is absolutely amazing! She's so nice at the stage door too. The first time i saw Wicked was last October and Shoshana was in it and got to meet her at the stage door. Then when i saw it two weeks ago she remembered my name from when I saw the show in October. She is so nice and i just love her in Wicked
