Do you have a vocal teacher? Because as things currently stand, I'm worried you might be doing yourself a damage.
Hold the notes on longer, stick to the tempo, and try to use your own voice more instead of drawing on ones you've heard.

Oh, I know. We used to play it all the time in the college newspaper lab. I refused to install it on any of my home computers for that reason!

Even if your voice wasn't warmed up- it should have sounded better. The second one was so off-key that I couldn't listen to it anymore. This is tough-love kiddo and we're just being honest!
