A stupid question? After my TWO failed attempts to see the show!!

Well~IF I dont see this show...This will be my 1st year since 2000, that I did not see all the TONY NOMINATED New Musicals........

Give me other reasons aside from that please?

I think you'd enjoy seeing the choreography live.

The choreography's fantastic.

Besides that, I'd rather get a root canal.

But you may like it...you never know.
Also-it's got some Hot Male dancers...

Well..that's what I was thinking:

1. Since I am a big fan of choreography!

2. I wanna see Spencer Liff's abs in flesh.

3. I want to meet Nick Blaemire, is he still playing?

Completion?

This was supposed to be my season to see everything that opened. I even saw Duran Duran. Then the "Glory Days" incident. re: Should I see CRY-BABY?

NO.. I will not mention GLORY DAYS at all! re: Should I see CRY-BABY?

See it!

You know I enjoyed it and the choreagraphy itself is more than worth it. And the gas mask waltz...

And you know it's gonna annoy the heck out of you if you don't see all the nominated new musicals... I'm just saying (I know it's almost making me want to see Grease).

sorry i thought u may have been one of the ones to trash glory days...but yeah he is a really nice guy and i think its smart that u're not bringing up glory days no matter how sympathetic you are

He gets enough of sympathy on his facebook wall

I would see it.
I mean, I'm a fan of it so I'm biased, but I think there's a group of good things about it; the choreography, Alli Mauzey, the ensemble, costumes and a bunch of the songs. I thought I would LOATHE it, (I hated the movie) but I ended up having a great time...all THREE times I've gone. :)

Its a weird feeling... like when you go out and youre on your way.. and you thought..did I left the stove on? That's the feeling I have.. I gotta see this by June 15!

I guess... Calvin is correct..a sense of COMPLETION for me!

Damn! Why did they just nominate A CATERED AFFAIR, so I should be all set~no need to go to NYC! re: Should I see CRY-BABY?

btw- I will be seeing IN THE HEIGHTS ~ it will be my last report!!!

Well, I'd never advice a good frend like you to see it, but since it will complete you, go ! It is easily the WORST show out of the 20 I saw in April, but it was not unbearable. The choreography was good, Spencer is so sexy it's illegal and...hmm, that's it ! Go prepared and with the lowest of expectations and you may even enjoy it !

He happily autographed a GLORY DAYS Playbill for me. Seemed very excited, as well. This was after the show had closed.

I would recommend that you see it. I personally enjoyed it, plus I think it's bad script is the reason the show is so much fun.

You guys are all so helpful! I'm thinking about going to McDonald's to get one of those free chicken sandwiches for lunch- should I?

There are some amusing things in it, and the choreography is good. There are worse ways to spend a couple of hours. So go.

Hmmm I've never had choreographed chicken. Is it crispy? What's the fat content? C'mon! I CAN NOT think for myself! Am I hungry? Do I like chicken? H-E-L-P!

It was dreadful, the choreography will just about make it bearable for you!
Should have closed weeks ago.
Im sure it hasn't many weeks to go tho!

A young actress with Noel coward after a dreadful opening night performance said to him 'Well, i knew my lines backwards this morning!'' Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'

jaystarr, I think you should see it just so you can review it and we can see which side of the fence you fall on. You may hate it or you may laugh a lot.

It's gonna be on The View and Regis now so you could watch those performances and then decide, but why not? You can get a ticket cheap. Go and then come on here and let everyone know what you think.

Jay*,

I think you should go. While not a particular good show, it does have:

1. Best choreography of this season;
2. GORGEOUS guys who are not stingy sharing their beauty; and
3. The distinction of not boring you to distraction (like at least one other, currently-playing show).

And if you can cop a cheapie, so much the better.

Enjoy!

Jay-Go see it! I saw it and love it. If you need a theater buddy to see it-let me know? Also I am always looking forward to see your reports with photos of the theater and the cast.

I realize you're not serious, but I totally recommend you DON'T get one of the sandwiches. They aren't the regular chicken sandwiches and I didn't like them at all. It was just a slab of fried chicken on a bun with a pickle on top-that's it. It was pretty bland and flavorless. Go get a free iced-coffee from Dunkin'Donuts instead.
