Broadwaydiva....you don't think the music to 42nd Street is memorable?!? I don't know, considering most of it was written in the early 1930's and most people would be familiar with at least three or four songs before they even step into a theatre to see it....hmmm I'd consider that memorable wouldn't you.

I really hated The Full Monty and Miss Saigon. (But then I liked most of the other shows mentioned here so far!)

nystateofmind I saw it about two or three years ago on Broadway. I can only tell you that I wasn't the only one in the audience not laughing.

mebice - I think you just shot yourself in the foot with that Sondheim comment. Maybe when you grow up a bit you'll understand the shows better and appreciate them. Give them another chance (except Bounce).
