Thoroughly Modern Millie and 42nd Street. I just didn't like those shows at all. I thought the music wasn't very memorable, and I thought the storylines were just okay. I don't see the appeal to either show.

Wasnt POTO loved by the critics because if it was, then that'd be my vote

I don't think I've ever not liked some aspect of a show... I go through phases lol. I definately like some more than others, but I don't dislike any musicals. Done right, any musical can be good (theoretically lol)

...Millie.
Not saying I don't like the show, but critics (and the Tony committee) kinda kissed The Producer's booty a lil.
was Cats and Blood Brothers well liked? if not, they've made the list!

CATS was not well recived in New York. The choreography was praised as well as the design, but no. It didn't get GREAT reviews by any means. One of the papers even printed TIM WEBBER in the headline, just as a mistake, and to the fact that Andrew Lloyed Webber was pretty much an unknown that that point.

Millie wasnt loved by critics though. It got mixed to very negative reviews, aside from Harriet Harris and Sutton Foster.
My pick would be Wonderful Town. Booooring!

Lloyd Webber unknown up to that point? Where are you getting your information from?
Lloyd Webber was very much well-known by the time he wrote "CATS"
Ever heard of two shows called: JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and EVITA?
Two shows which put him on the map and were phenomenal hits.
Not known?..yeah uh-huh

I second Blood Brothers. I did NOT like that show in the least. I have to add The Producers as well. I don't like most of the music in that show.

I think it might have been loved by critics but I'm not really sure: Noises Off was the only show I ever walked out at intermission

Really? You may be the first person I've seen that didn't like NOISES OFF.

The Producers is probably one of the most overrated shows in recent Broadway history.
But I won't live alone in a house of regret.
