Actually, most of Shakespeare's wernt set in Britain, most are set elsewhere in Europe or in fantasy lands!
Ooh, well let's do a count...
As You Like It - might be set in France but is probably the English midlands.
Cymbeline - set partially in Britain.
The Merry Wives of Windsor - I guess the clue is in the name. XD
Henry IV Parts 1 & 2 - set in all England's glory.
Henry V - spends a lot of time in France but starts off in England.
Henry VI Parts 1, 2 & 3 - starts off in France but spends increasingly more time in England as the plays progress.
King John - again, spends time in France but starts off in England.
Richard II - England and Wales. Also, R2 heads off to Ireland at one point although I can't for the life of me remember if he gets there or not. We don't see it, anyway.
Richard III - England, m'boy.
King Lear - you can tell it's set in Britain, 'cos of the weather. XD
Macbeth - Scotland.
14 out of 38 ain't bad. :3 There aren't any set in fantasy lands though; I'm pretty certain the only one that can't be geographically placed is The Tempest. And that's just because Prospero has been purposefully exiled to a Long Way Away, he's still the Duke of a recognisable European city. Bill seems to have a real thing for Greece and Italy!
Of the ones on the list below, the only ones SPECIFIED as set in England were the historical ones, remember Shakespear was commisioned by the monarchy, so there is ALOT of propaganda in his work, hence why alot of his plays (the clear majority) are not set in England as the majority would put a bad out look on current (well, current at the time) British monarchy!

The Hired Man.
An absolutely lovely, completely obscure musical exploring the impact of industrialization and modernization on traditional english country life. 59E59 included it in Brits Off Broadway a couple of years ago. i *think* their BO still sells CDs of the cast recording.
If not the list will be endless.
I know, right? OP may as well stick a bunch of titles in a hat and randomly draw them out. Chances are most will be set in 'Britain' lol.

You know, I didn't even really look. Annie caught my eye cause it was last. But alas, you're right.

I would say that As You Like It is definitely set in France, with the Forest of Arden either being an anglicization of a French forest or Shakespeare just taking the name of the actual Forest of Arden in England and applied to a fantastical place.
