Oklahoma! was originally titled Away We Go! The only thing that remained was the exclamation point.
Seussical went through many names:
Seuss! The Musical
The Seussical
Seussical the Musical
Also, back when West Side Story was about a Catholic boy falling in love with a Jewish girl (or was it vice versa) it was called East Side Story.
On a side note, in Annie some character names were different. Miss Hannigan was originally named Miss Asthma and Grace Farrell was originally named Grace Fair.

While "Pride & Prejudice" as a novel was original titled "First Impressions".
