Posted: 5/5/06 at 10:09pmThis isn't quite what you're looking for, but I was in Europe on an FSU trip in the summer of '04 and while we were in London we saw Much Ado About Nothing that had an all female cast. I guess it was okay, but it was about our 2nd day there and we were all tired so I don't remember it too well.

Posted: 5/6/06 at 9:59amRUTHLESS can be done with an all female cast, if you don't use a female impersonator as Sylvia, the agent. It was origially played by a man, but has been played by women. The only male character is the husband, who is talked about all through the show and finally appears for one line at the last moment of the play ("Honey, Im home!"). Usually, a stage hand plays the role.

The Trojan Women does not have an all-female cast, nor does Three Tall Women, though the only male role in the latter has no lines.
Some others include Taken in Marriage, Uncommon Women and Others, A Lovely Sunday for the Creve Coeur, Lemonade, The Maids (though this can also be done with men in the roles), The Oldest Profession, My Sister in This House, The Great Nebula in Orion and Mädchen in Uniform.
