Never on the same day, I would love to for Thoroughly Modern Millie, but it's tough to get someone else to go along.
Anyway, I've seen Millie 8 times, including just before the Tonys, at Sutton's birthday, Sutton's finale, the final Broadway performance with Susan Egan, and once on the national tour just to see what that's like.
Also, Rocky Horror, before and after 9/11.

I've seen many regional shows more than once (some of them in the same day too since I travel in to see shows so I make use of the fact that I'm there!)
As for the Broadway shows I've seen more than once, it's pretty limited to:
Avenue Q (2x)
Les Mis (2x)
Wonderful Town (2x)
Thoroughly Modern Millie (*cough, cough* 12x) TMM is also one show that I've also seen twice in one day...

I've never seen the same show twice in the same day, but now that you've mentioned it, it does sound pretty interesting getting to see the difference between night and day performances! Gonna have to try and do that one of these days.
These are the shows I've seen multiple times:
Altar Boyz 17x (geez, I need to get a grip!)
The Full Monty 4x
Beauty and the Beast 4x
Avenue Q - 3x
Oklahoma! 3x
Rent 3x
Urinetown - 3x
Chicago 2x
Miss Saigon 2x

The only time I see the same show twice in one day is when it's closing - the matinee often involves a little bit of fooling around and then the final performance is usually stunning. However, I only do it if I can get cheap tickets! The shows I've done that for so far:
- The Witches of Eastwick (West End)
- Taboo (UK Tour)
- Ragtime (West End)
- Bat Boy (West End)
