Jessica-Snow Wilson (currently in GOOD VIBRATIONS) is a great singer! I saw her as Audrey in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS and her belt is fantastic.
Just heard this on local Connecticut news 20 minutes ago:
CHRISTY CARLSON ROMANO is the first to receive the "Connecticut's Finest" award for her contribution to the entertainment industry (television, radio, Broadway). The Connecticut native was recognized for being a role model to many of today's youth. They showed her today at the state capital accepting the award.

Hey Scotty, I'm from Melbourne too.
And *Tear* I love Colm Wilkinson.
feinstein, everyone has their own idea of a legend.
Greg Edelman...How do people think this man has good stage presence...?
Kermit the frog. ..that makes me giggle.

And for a WTF, though I liked her in A CLASS ACT, Julia Murney.
I'm not ducking because her vibrato is kinda machine-gun funky.
Mandy Patinkin. I can't stand him and I've really tried. His voice is too high and unnatural. Like a middle aged choir boy in denial

I'm with you, Anne. While Patinkin is a fine actor, his singing - all tics and whines and pretension - makes my skin crawl.

:O!!!
the thing that me say wtf was some people saying they dont like Carolee Carmelo!? O well each to their own but still...:'(
I dislike Adam Pascal greatly in Aida, but love him in rent.
Paul Nicholas in the UK tour of Jekyll and Hyde, i clapped when he died, and did not clap for one of his songs.....me saying that he spoke the songs withnot even a good voice would be an understatment! ARRGGH.
Whoever sings 'Tell My Father' on the civil war cd....he made me go WTF!?
I have to say that Susan Egan's voice drives me nuts. I know a lot of people love her, I just don't get it.
I also have to say that Debbie Gibson's Bway album (I think it's called, "Colored Lights") is one of the worst things I have ever heard in my life.
Do you know what's funny about Deb Gibson? On "I love the 80's" on VH1 when the random B list celebs would talk about a song all these NON singers would sing a line from it and would be on key and then she would sing a line FROM THE SAME SONG and be comletly flat...I was like Wtf and you're on BROADWAY? that angered me. lol
OmG! i just listened to clips of deb gibson's broadway cd...SHE'S HORRIBLE! if you can't sing on a cd that's been tuned up and everything wtf do you sound like live!!?? omg...disgraceful..lol
I was a huge fan of her when I was little. Back then I guess I didn't know any better!! My friend got me her Bway CD for Xmas as a joke. The first time I listened to it, I actually had to pull my car over to the side of the road because I was laughing so hard!

i was watching the broadway festival 2005 im not sure who it is singing the wizard and i (kristy cates?) not sure though but i never thought i would see a wicked song get ruined by someones voice but that kinda scared me and i was like she looks good green but her voice is worse then mine and i dont sing
All right, who's denigrating Kermit the Frog? How dare you. Surely he is one of the great amphibian performers of our time!
OMG mickey dolenz (?) was possibally one of the worst things i have ever heard. poor guy.
i think it's interesting that people don't really like adam in aida, 'cuz the part was kind of tailored to him...
could u put anything that had to be more negative and you people well asdie frm christy and mandy julia murney is amazing and is so amazing trained, her vibrato ios great. Not everyone has the same voice as idina, shoshana, eden, kristin, jlt,. Everyone has a diffrent voice and julia has an amazing voice. We all sound diffrent , we are all meant to have diffrent voice. And no one liukes negativeness bring in the positvie , post something that is positive for once

"SHUT UP YOU ARE SO IRRITATING"
Not sure who your are angry at now Munk, but you know, "People who live in glass houses........" :0)
"SHUT UP YOU ARE SO IRRITATING"
Munk- All of your posts are so rude and obnoxious. Theatre people are supposed to be all happy and gay. Are you striving to become the most hated poster on the board? You seriously need an anger management class. Next time, please think before you write.

I love Amy Spanger's voice.
KJP and Phantom: Thank you for your concern about my well-being, but I assure you I am in no need of anger management. I don't strive to be the most hated at all...if I have an opinion I say it. I'm not fake in any way, and I want people to know exactly how I feel. I consider that an attribute, not a flaw. There's no point in walking about pretending to be nice to everyone. But when someone poses an incompetant, pointless post (like that poster always does,) I can say whatever I want.

Munk, What poster are you talking about? No one wants you to be something that you aren't, but if you want people to listen to what you have to say, say it in a way that doesn't make people get defensive. You often make very good points, it's just when someone doesn't agree with you, you seemingly fly off the handle. The board is a great place to discuss, So discuss. You don't have to be so mean and nasty and call names to disagree with people. You seem to really like theatre and know a lot about it, so use that, talk TO us, not AT us. The alternative is to continue like you are and have people ignore you, therefore wasting you time even saying what you think. I see you post all over this board, use your time wisely!! JUST MY OPINION!!!!!!
