Hi everyone!

In line now for Sidter Act rush tix. About 13 tickets. (asked everyone) are spoken for in front of us. I there an exact number of to mets saved for the rush? Someone said 14, just want to figure out if we (3 of us) should stick it out. They have us in the direct sun and folks are already having a tough time with the heat.

There are indeed 14 tickets.

However, many times they'll sell rear orchestra seats to people on the rush line for $39. Given how the show has been selling recently, I imagine they'd do that today, but you can't be sure.

When I went a few weeks ago they sold the $39 tickets to a ton of us, and the seats ended up being pretty good.

Thanks everyone! We ended up getting the rush tix. They made an announcement around 11:45 that Raven Simone wasn't performing today, bunch of folks left. I dont mind myself, the person performing today (the box office said) has been playing the part for a long time.

Speaking of Rashidra, she's leaving next week. Does anyone know who is replacing her?

Not sure who's replacing her, but Rashidra is leaving to play Lorell in Marriott Lincolnshire's "Dreamgirls"

Is Rashidra leaving for the rest of the run? If so, Alysha D who just replaced Kim Marable has great chances of going on for Deloris! (Since whoever replaces Rashidra probably is not going to be ready to tackle Deloris with just a month left and near the end they rehearse the understudies a bit less). Might have to catch her.

and here I was hoping she'd(Scott) join the tour.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Rashida did great! Really enjoyed the show and its such a different experience being in the front. I just can't imagine Raven Simone in the role, although I am still picturing her as a little girl on the Cosby Show.

I was there for the evening performance on the 18th and she was in, unfortunately. I would LOVE to see one of her understudy's on.

I saw Raven Saturday night and thought she was wonderful! She didn't seem sick at all, although looking back on it, she never used her head voice and she occasionally sounded a little nasal (but I assumed that was just her voice).
