I thought the times on the tickets were the time you're let into the
building, not into the performance space. But like others have said, there's a good half-hour of stuff you have to do before getting into the actual performance; bag check, ticket pickup, card collection, mask hand-out, explanation of the rules. Regardless, what you experience inside is not meant to necessarily be linear; it doesn't matter where or when you drop in. And you'll have two other opportunities to see scenes that happen at the beginning of the story, because it loops three times.
