Tarzan, Company, LoveMusik
just kidding
I would definitely say 110 in the Shade should be on that list (Audra's performance is incredible)...and maybe A Chorus Line.

Posted: 6/23/07 at 1:45pmI'd say 110 in the Shade, A Chorus Line and Grey Gardens. Those three would give you a good variety of broadway shows.

Posted: 6/23/07 at 1:46pm110 in the Shade will be closed by August, right?

I'd say 110 in the Shade, Grey Gardens, and A Chorus Line.
(And if you're going in early August like 1-12, you should check out DEUCE with Angela Lansbury, it'd be amazing to see such a broadway legend.)

It's going to be late august.
So it's iffy for 110 being open? Should I just choose another?

Posted: 6/23/07 at 3:11pmYou can see "Wicked" or "Jersey Boys" on tour so I'd skip those and go for something else.

If you can get a ticket for JB, do it. John Lloyd Young is so passionate, so innocent, in his performance.
"Wicked" you can see anytime. And, IMO, it's not a great show...very overrated.
See "Grey" and you'll be blown away by the sheer brillance of Christine Ebersole's performance! She's extraordinary!

Grey Gardens is a must! It truly is a special show.
Others I might recommend: If Frost/Nixon is still playing, go check it out (unsure of closing date)
There'll be a lot of new stuff, so you may want to take a chance on TKTS for one.
But, go see Grey Gardens.

Posted: 6/23/07 at 3:50pmGrey Gardens, Spring Awakening and 110, if its open. If not, see Xanadu, it seems like it might be the hit of the summer.

Haha, I'm not one for Spring Awakening, but that's just be. You're choices are good
. A Chorus Line is a fantastic choice!
