So which actors were busiest in 2007?

My vote goes to Martha Plimpton (Coast of Utopia, Midsummer, Cymbeline) and Kristine Nielsen (Our Leading Lady, Crazy Mary, Die Mommie Die!), as well as Dylan Baker (Mauritius and November back-to-back), Michael Cerveris (King Lear, LoveMusik, Cymbeline) and David Pittu (Coast of Utopia, LoveMusik, Is He Dead?)

Anyone care to add more to the list?

(and feel free to start thinking about your nominees for the 2nd Annual Yankeefan Awards, to be announced once all the postponed openings are rescheduled, or December 10. Whichever comes first.)

David Pittu also did a few readings.

Harriet Harris - she did two major productions back to back. She had just a few days between Cry Baby and Old Acquaintance.

MICHAEL CERVERIS

The definition of a Broadway Actor. Always in my book, the hardest working actor. Respectable, esteemed, honorable, and humble.

Sweeney Todd to King Lear to Lovemusik to Cymbeline

Always a concert or benefit or reading on Monday evenings... some of which included Weimar New York, The Losers Lounge, Irish Rock, Our Time, Actors' Fund Gala, Manhattan Theatre Club Gala, Drama League Awards, Theatre World Awards, Tony Awards, Drama Desk Awards, Outer Critics Circle Awards, Obie Awards, New Dramatists Honors Albee, Tony Randall Fund, Drama Desk Panel, At War Reading, Man and Superman Reading, Broadway Barks, In Darfur Reading, Shakespeare Goes to the Opera, Madison Avenue Men, Red Bull Revelation Reading... AND COUNTING!

I would say John Lloyd Young. Even though he cut back to six performances a week, he made an appearance at practically every BC/EFA benefit, along with other benefits, other performers' concerts, and opening nights. He was a very busy, giving guy throughout his two year run in JERSEY BOYS.

I'm not sure a one night benefit counts Anakela but if it does, I could pretty much list everything Wanna Be did regarding JLY and put Orfeh's name in place of JLY and add in the fact that she did the whole award season as well. Oh and there's the 8 show a week thing and a few workshops along the way. But again that's only if we're counting one off's. Julia Murney too minus the award season.

Christine Ebersole was kind of busy during "Grey Gardens" promotions. She was EVERYWHERE for a while.

re: So which actors were busiest in 2007?

So tottally off topic, but I had a dream last night that David Pittu and I were both cast in The Laramie Project at my school, and we were the only cast members. With that said, I don't have any clue (till now) as to what Pittu looks like, how old, etc. I just knew the name. How weird is that?

Speaking of Christine, where is she? Has she fallen off the face of the planet??
