Lol right?  Broadway.com is a broker playing entirely on public ignorance and the single most recognizable domain name for Broadway.

Refund policies are the exclusive province of the theatre, not the ticket selling agent. What telecharge has as an advantage over TM in terms of what they do for you is that they are here, and in the business, whereas the person you are dealing  with at TM (both directly and above) has probably never set foot in a Broadway theatre in their life and don't really understand. Many cancellations are people returning tickets to the box office for resale or blocks of unused house seats for which there is no call. (For example, press agents have a substantial block of seats and don't always have anyone looking for them (unless they are for Hamilton of course)...
