You could sort of rearrange "You'll See Boys" from RENT..

Also, "Mama Says" from Footloose, it has 4 guys in it, but you can easily make it 3.

Oh the Three Celtic Tenors did a a terrific and beautiful rendition of "Anthem" from Chess as a trio. If you can get the arrangements it would be gorgeous!

There is a song in Titanic with 3 guys- I can't remember the title, but it's the song where the captain, builder, and owner of Titanic are all blaming each other for the ship's sinking.

You can make "Santa Fe" into a 3 guy song..just take out Angel's little part..and then you have it.
