"Lot's Wife" - Caroline or Change
Most of Marie Christine.
"I Don't Care Much" (Cabaret) has been mentioned several times, but I find "What Would You Do?" just as devastating in its way.

"Little Lamb" from Gypsy has always gotten to me. When I saw it performed in the Peters revival I nearly started crying - and probably would have if the lamb hadn't spent most of the song trying to get away. lol
I've got to second, "Why" from tick, tick, BOOM. I sob whenever I watch that.
